I spent most of the day on the sofa with the television on, watching intermittently and sleeping at times.

Felt rough when I went to bed last night and still not right today. The sun was shining but I was freezing and eventually got in my down sleeping bag to try and warm up!

Mid afternoon I stepped outside the back door, leaned on the wheelie bin and pointed the camera at the nearest flowers for a blip. 

Feeling better as I post this a day late.
