growing above my head height!

(I'm sure it didn't grow anything like this height last year)

Today I finally managed to see the Physio Consultant at the Musculoskeletal clinic!

Its not good news, but not bad news either...  (I got quite emotional about the pain I've been in and he was very sympathetic).

The xrays taken showed that my knee has now got virtually no cartilage on the inside of my leg, but the outside is OK.

He's sending me for an MRI,  making an appointment for me to have a steroid injection or two, and sending me to a physio in his team in Reading after the injection all being well....  If the injection does nothing to help then, no choice but possibly a half knee replacement (but he is not the knee consultant, so he can't confirm that).

Afterwards, trying to fill in online vetting forms.  You can't go past a certain stage until you've completed it :(  

Had to give up as I haven't got all my family information.  They even want my Step Parents and Step Brother's details!!

I also had to provide dates I moved into this house - ok as I recorded it - but the dates I moved into the previous house.  I could only put approximate in the end!

With that in mind I did a credit check on myself, and thankfully its good!  Phew!

Oh well, that's been my day!

Tomorrow I have decided pain or no, unless its too bad I'm going out somewhere nice for the morning (I hope) :)
