6 Over Par-Boiled Eggs

None of these hatched into birdies, let alone eagles or albatrosses, during today's weekly golf round but yesterday's lesson did seem to have a beneficial effect on my iron shots, far more of which went straight and true. Yesterday's wood, however, has gone back to the pro shop; although I hit one or two decent tee shots with it, I don't think I could justify £80 for the pleasure of hitting the ball a few yards further than I can (on a good day!) with my current woods.
