Surgery Day

We’ll back blip later, but over the course of the last couple of days it became obvious that my (Chris’) tooth extraction had a problem.

After an overnight stay in the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford, I had surgery to insert a temporary “drain” into my gum to try and release whatever the build up was in my face. The surgery happened quite late in the day, and I haven’t yet been able to speak to the consultants but my face is much less painful and a bit less swollen this evening. The drain is also in place, so hopefully doing its thing.
