Rigi

A day of many forms of transport. We took the bus to Vitznau and from there we took the train up to Rigi Kulm. It’s a great ride on the rack railway. We spent some time enjoying the views from the top before taking another train to Kräbel. From there we took a cable to Rigi Scheidegg for more panoramic views. After a short hike, another cable car then brought us down to Obergschwend. This one had strange little cabins, apparently for 8 but we were the only passengers for this one (photo in the extras). We took the bus back down to Gersau, had some dinner and then took a drive along the shoreline to see the sunset (also in the extras). A fabulous day.
