As I drove home from the supermarket (I did the shopping after the event at the Paupers' Graveyard) last night, there was a rather lovely sky, with a fair bit of red.  I hoped this presaged a better day.

In fact, we woke to sunshine, but have been treated to a good deal of rain on and off all day.

So we've had an indoors day.  W has made progress in the workshop with some display shelves.  I did some sewing, whilst listening to music.

After dinner I helped in the workshop with a glueing job.  And admired the single flower in the bed we planted with summer flowering bulbs.  There's lots of gladioli, but they're just leaves at the moment.  They need sunshine, and warmth - as do we!
