Wet and dry

Treated ourselves to a cooked breakfast this morning before we got organised to meet Mr PHL’s sister and her husband for a walk at Crathes castle. The weather stayed dry so I was back in my shirts and tee shirt. They took on an 8 month old golden retriever who needed a quieter home a couple of months and this was a first meeting for Elsa and Phin.

Thankfully they got in like a house on fire and really enjoyed running about through the first trails. We humans enjoyed a light lunch in the cafe before we went our separate ways to chill in the afternoon before meeting for dinner.

It stayed dry until around 4pm just before I planned to take Phin out for another walk. The site had an enclosed dog field so we headed there and threw a ball around for twenty minutes.

Dinner was delicious and the staff made such a fun of Phin, even bringing Phin half of a cooked burger to enjoy.
