Lucky us

We are booked in to stay with this view from our window. After a horrible traffic laden and extended journey due to numbers on the road and heavy rain showers we are now happily well fed and relaxing into a very comfortable room. I can’t wait to get some painting time and hope we have some atmospheric lifting cloud to enjoy.
Lovely to catch up with husbands fabulous cousins in the way here. We will see one of them very early tomorrow morning as he has kindly offered to bring the old bagpipes we left behind with them by mistake.. oops
