Busy!

I kept thinking that it was Saturday today for some reason. I had acupuncture this morning - it’s literally the one thing that is keeping the pain from my torn hip tendon at bay, some days. It’s been pretty bad the last few days, but I’ve decided to stop playing golf until such time that it is better :-( I see the orthopedist on the 26th. Counting the days, hours and minutes and praying that a cortisone shot will fix it.

Meanwhile I did some grocery/plant shopping and then some MORE plant shopping, to my utter delight! My friend Wendy, who lives in my community, and I went to buy a Crape Myrtle for the entrance garden. Three other plants hopped into the cart and they weren’t small, or cheap. A Crape Myrtle standard for the small garden at the bottom of my deck, a Variegated Japanese Aralia to cover my new privacy wall on one end of my deck, and this lovely Clematis ‘Boulevard Samaritan Jo’ for my breezeway garden. She’s compact - 5’ tall and a profuse bloomer! I was so darned pleased with myself!
