Behind again

I’ll be scampering to backfill those missing blips. Here is the bean pole run for climbing borlotti beans. Had to take a few new poles out of the hazel coppice. V good germination on this batch of beans.

Weather has been delightfully cool at 20-23c with chilly 12c nights and a good northerly breeze.

Ate my first ever homegrown nespole di Spagna (loquat) from our tree. A very bright tangy taste. First outdoor cucumbers also.

Hayfever is bad despite all the hay making here in last week - which seems early due to wet May and super growth.

So tough for Scotland to be drawn as first up against Germany in the Euros. I watched until half time.
