Flag Iris

A final refreshment stop at Stafford M6 South provided the blip for Flower Friday. We sat on the veranda overlooking the pond, watching a moorhen feed a chick when I noticed the reflection of a yellow flag Iris in the ripples caused by the fountain. Thanks to BikerBear for hosting.

Extra photo of our previous stop, our old friend Lancaster service station's Pennine Tower, previously known as Forton. We crossed the walkway for a better view of the motorway before eating our picnic lunch.

Now ensconced in a Travelodge near Bicester before the adventure continues.
