The Water Feature

Today was part work and part ‘pleasure’. The pleasure was a game of golf at Shifnal Golf Club; a pity it coincided with the wet and windy weather that crossed the country yesterday afternoon.  In reality we were fortunate as it never got that heavy and there were a few breaks in the rain during the time we were out on the course. My ears felt like they were burning for half an hour after we finished and were sitting in the 19th hole.

This was the quaint little bridge built to walk over the water feature on 13th hole. Sadly, my ball has been added to the multitude that have sunk into the waters.  I was reasonably happy with elements of my game, and the company was good so all in all better than might have been expected.
