The answer to the ultimate question

That was today's temperature.

I spent the morning doing some light admin including a call to J and then went to the beach where I bobbed in the sea in and out for v over 3 hours. It was hot. The sea was warm with cooking currents 

Can't back for lunch and more swimming, in the pool. 3 van loads had gone on the to do it was very quiet. All of a sudden around 4 the wind got up, felt like a hairdryer and some wispy clouds appeared. 

Usual tea in the balcony after 6, if I'd lain down I'd have fallen asleep.

Dinner and sunset and then a lot of chat at the bar. I had iced water!

If you don't know the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, it was 42 today.
