Brian's Bits

New Tenant?

Last year's drought, which slew the, almost a decade old, Buddleja alternifolia also saw off Alice's Prunus incise 'Kojo-no-mai'
Our Sarcococca has, over the years, thrown down a few viable Berries; this being the product of one of them.
Alice, latterly, had sight in only one eye.  "Management" denied it was a patient; Doc. who examined her's first question? "Who hit you?"
I had a slight accident with the software, resulting in a few vanished lines address ing her love of things scented, even ones making her ill.  Much as she loved the scent we could not have hyacinths in the house.

SO

Since Sarcococca is highly scented and it won't fight the scent of the alterinifolia, being "Sweetly scented, pure white flowers from December to March" to Buddleja's June; I thought it'd make a nice cheap replacement.
NOW - the race is on. Which first Buddleja flowers, sarcococca flowers or I get my time in?
