Tyre

THURSDAY

A garden waste collection by the council and an  Ocado delivery from Paul in the Fig Van first thing this morning, then a trip down to the garage at St Asaph to sort out a problem with a tyre on one of the cars.

Cut the lawns late morning and did a bit of gardening this afternoon. 

The new recycling team arrived (a week late) to take away  the cardboard, plastic, tins, glass, batteries, an old printer and hairdryer. See Sunday's blip.Their new lorry is called "Dusty McBinlid" and I have also seen a couple of other lorries called "The Trashinator" and "Sig of the Dump".

I cooked a fish stew this evening.
