Garden visitors

Tonight we had a number of feathered visitors to our garden, all looking for something in the bird food selection.  The parakeets are now regulars, not just flying (and screeching) overhead, but calling in for an evening feed.  Great spotted woodpeckers are fairly frequent visitors but it is rare that I spot more than at a time.  Jays are very much on/off callers.  Over the years they have either been conspicuous by their absence for a long while and then suddenly everywhere you turn, there seems to be a jay.  Usually they are happy to stay in the forest but when food supplies are low there, they come calling.  The sparrows which came and usefully ate all of the greenfly that had settled on our roses, seem to have vanished.
Photos taken around 7.pm, through glass and subjects some 50 -60 feet away.
