Re-Cycle

The island is having unusually hot weather for June, with the last few days being overcast but still over 30C, with the low cloud making it very muggy.

Midday we had a drive to Vathy (the main town), Ithaca (Ionian Islands, Greece) to enjoy an iced coffee watching life go by before taking a walk around the side streets. The cycle in my photo' was there the evening we arrived on 1st June and it hasn't moved! I did photograph it then but liked the one of the shutters nearby and posted that as my blip. The cycle and building is so 'greek' it just has to be photographed and preserved for all time!

We enjoyed a few hours on Minimata beach near Vathy, before refuelling salad stuffs at the supermarket and heading back to our villa.
