Apricots

Today's the day ....................... to preserve and celebrate

An industrious morning spent making elderflower cordial and apricot jam.  Can there be any sight more deliciously colourful than a bowl of apricots?

Then, late afternoon we headed across to Moniaive where we had been invited to celebrate Josie's 6th birthday with the family.  It was just lovely to join in the fun, eat pizzas, sing 'Happy Birthday' - and eat chocolate cake.

The littlest grandchild is growing up fast ....................!
