The Road to the Hills

The Current Mrs Creel ventured into Kirkwall to deliver the accounts of the Hoy Kirk for auditing.  Before she left Davie called about potential future funding opportunities.  CMC gave me a lift to Gyre so I could have a quick blast of fresh air  Under the canopy in the plantings I heard a half-hearted chaffinch – ditto willow warbler but ( to my surprise) a more commendable chiffchaff. 
 
Our appetites are still a bit iffy.
