Dueling Phone Camera Shots

We went over to Al and Shelley's (Naturelover on Blip) house tonight for dinner. I made chicken soup and cornbread, and Shelley made Watergate cake for dessert.

After dinner we broke out the Five Crowns card game. Al won the first game convincingly, and Lisa beat Shelley by one point in the 2nd game. Me? I don't want to talk about it.

In baby news, my nephew Scott and niece Markie welcomed Violet Belle into the world this morning. Violet joins big sister Sage in the household. 
Lisa's sister Lori sent us pictures and she is beautiful. Such a miracle...the miracle of birth.
