Before and after

A definite improvement.  This house seems to have been designed by a giant - the sink and stove in the kitchen are higher than comfortable.  And our en suite was unpleasant to use.  And who really needs his and her basins, there really wasn't room for us to stand side by side and wash!

The new unit is much more comfortable.  It's also slightly smaller, so the bathroom feels more spacious.  The mirror, which as you can see cuts my face in half, is still too high - we await an electrician to deal with that.

I cleaned the bathroom after the plumber had left.  W made some wooden caps for the box iron supports for the gate/trellis, to prevent the rain getting in.  Other than that, not much has been done today.
