Shifnal Poppies

Every year, one of the fields near Shifnal is used to grow ornamental poppies.  Often I find out too late and only see the seed heads drying in the sun, but on this occasion I got an early notification and managed to visit while the flowers were still in bloom.

Unfortunately it was raining when I visited, so it was a quick grab of images.  I've included an extra to give an idea of the size of the field.
