Writing the Plan
This is my second attempt at writing this journal. You get the abbreviated version. We got on the road around 8:45. Our first stop was on Main Street in Wytheville so we could see if this two story pencil was still at the office supply store. Our BIL who was in TN with us used to go to that store when he was young just to see the pencil. We sent him a photo. The sunny and mild weather cooperated all day; the clouds were gorgeous. We made a few quick stops to get fuel and once to purchase a couple treats at a country market. We arrived home safely around 4:30. Hubby drove almost 1,400 miles since we left home on Thursday. He was delighted to get out of the car. But we both agree we had a pleasant visit with all our family members. We’ll be home until early Saturday morning when we’ll head to Baltimore for a weekend watching Parker and his travel lacrosse team. Hoping you had a great weekend. Stay safe. Thanks for your visit. “Map out your future - but do it in pencil. The road ahead is as long as you make it. Make it worth the trip.” - Jon Bon Jovi
