Playing with the Ninky Nonk

... is much more fun if you involve Granny's legs! (The Ninky Nonk is a fabulous vehicle from TV's ceebeebies' In the Night Garden, in case you don't know anyone aged under five!)

Babysat the young master this morning while Mr PP drove Mrs B to the middle of Peterborough for a medical appointment. I think I had the easier job, even if I did fall asleep this afternoon. The lovely little boy was in a good mood, and didn't get bored for a second. 

On our arrival, he lifted my tee shirt - only a modest inch and, finding Granny's bare tummy, announced "Ta-daaaaah!" He didn't investigate further, I'm happy to say, but was immediately busy with his toys. Did a fair bit of walking while holding my fingers, but still only moving round furniture on his feet. Don't blame him as I've never seen anyone crawl so fast! He's not yet ready to forfeit speed.
