Robin

A day in the garden and visited by many birds looking for food for their young.

Bluetits, Great tits, Blackbirds, Nuthatch, Wren, Sparrows and Dunnock.

The House Martin nest had some flurries of activity and at one point a pair of would-be gatecrashers tried their luck and got vigorously sent away.

I have posted this image of the Robin, cheekily perched on the arm of our garden chair, waiting his chance to grab some food to take back to the nest.
