Crumpled

like my neck.. 
Woke up with the worst neck pain I have ever had.. stuck with my head tilting left and looking down and if it moves from there the spasm is excruciating.
After taking a huge dose of nurofen the pain is less excruciating but.. still agony. However, I decided a little turn around the garden would be good for me.. and fell for the crumpled poppy just stretching itself out
Do hope this neck sorts itself out.. we are due to go to Wales tomorrow night for a days painting on Wednesday.. I have been looking forward to it.. fingers crossed.
