Changing seasons

As one season ends so another begins.  The signs in the greengrocers shops in Deal told me it was the last week of the Asparagus season but now it is the turn of the strawberries and we  have had our first desert of strawberries and cream from the allotment.
It is a rainy day today with a high temperature of 16 and 9 at night, really not much of a summer so far.
