Fab day out on a fun ride with Jenny and Smudge. Lovely route with loads of grassy tracks for some gallops and plenty of hills to help with getting the horses fit. I'm still hobbling from tripping over on my walk on Friday! Didn't even fall completely over but felt something go twang. Was ok when riding but really felt it when I got off. We did 10.5 miles altogether. Buddy was such a good boy.
