We've had an amazing day at Stanfest '24 - a party in the park in our village. Mike was part of the organisation and he arranged all the bands and acts for the afternoon. He did an awesome job. Toby's band Cannibalz were amazing- best I've heard them play despite not being able to practice much in the run up to today as Martha has exams and Orin the drummer hurt his foot. Toby looked so calm and at home on the stage. I'm so proud of them. 

Mike also managed to get Aynsley Lister to do a solo set. We saw him at a festival over 15 yrs ago and were blown away by him then. We asked him to play purple rain as that's what we remember most about his set all those years ago. He stayed for the whole afternoon with his wife and kids. There was a great atmosphere which continued down at the Thatch late into the evening.
