Bishop’s Castle Social

This morning I headed out to Bishop’s Castle to join a few of the runningmonk gang for a social run. It was truly wonderful, so nice to see some new places and meet some new faces. It was supposed to be 9 miles but ended up at 12 miles with a good chunk of elevation in, too. A good morning for the soul.

The rest of the day was less soulful with a necessary trip to north Shrewsbury for the retail park (grim) and then an afternoon of Sunday chores.
