The Hungry Caterpillar

After yesterdays adventures a nice steady day was on the cards. Mind you I was surprise we was not to late up this morning around 8.30 after getting up at 8.00 to feed Minstrel I went back to bed but couldn't settle back down so got up for a steady morning , which include Julie having a video call with Grace nice to catch up with her.
After Lunch we decided to head out to find a blip not sure where to go and it was looking a bit grey. I suggested driving the short journey to Fiskerton and walking along the river bank. I took a few shots including getting is close in a grassy area to take a shot , when I got back up I spotted a caterpillar  on my sleeve . I persuaded it back on to the grass where it crawled away but not before I grabbed a shot for my blip.
Having got an ID it is a Mottled Umber moth Caterpillar  an interesting moth where the Female is a wingless moth.
Back home and we have watched a recording of yesterdays match to hear all the interviews and commentators take on the match.

A relaxed evening is planned possibly a film and of course a few beers for me Gins for Julie to celebrate the weekends success
