Home again!

To peonies and roses all in bloom.
Just unpacking, which I detest as much as packing!
Our friend who checked the house when we are away has left us some shopping and some Sweet William flowers from his allotment.
Good to have had the overnight stop and a leisurely breakfast, before driving back up the M5 and M42 arriving here at 1:40pm, even having had a bit of lunch on the way.
Very smooth running journey today.
I’m going to put the washing in the machine now, and have another mug of tea.
Feeling rather tired but so much better than I was at the beginning of the week.
I’ll catch up a bit later.
