Spotted fly catcher

A nice day again. Spent sometime sitting in the garden before going to Deerton Natural burial grounds where my Dad is buried. The grounds person was there. They gad cut the grass a couple of days ago and we’re waiting for it to dry before raking it up. um was pleased that a foxglove she planted there a few weeks ago was blooming so hopefully the seeds will spread.
We went on to a pub for lunch. I had steak and mushroom pie with mash and fresh veg. Mike and Mum had sizzling chicken.
The sun was still shining when we went to Belmont Gardens. The walled garden was looking good. Saw this spotted fly catcher on the wall and lots of other baby birds. Saw a very tiny nest on the ground. A broad bodied chaser by the pond along with several mating damsel flies.
It was very quiet so we enjoyed a wander and sitting on several benches.
Traffic was ok going back was worried it might be busy as it was at a stand still when we came.
Picked up a small greenhouse from Argos so Mum can harden off her plants before planting out.
