Another town, another train

....or rather a train all the way from Pitlochry to London for a weekend with my sister. 

The journey down was smooth but long at 6 hrs 20 mins but it good not to have to change. I was also glad that I treated myself to a first class seat. 

Tonight we treated ourselves to a tasting menu at Gauthiers, a vegan restaurant in Soho. It was very fine dining & wining with a rarher tasty gimlet to start with followed by an orange wine which went well with the food - all 10 courses ! A real treat.

It was fun walking back to our hotel afterwards through vi'a Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Sq and onto Fleet Street. 

More fun beckons tomorrow.
