Eyes shut

It's not often that I manage to take a photo of either Lexi or Alfie with their eyes closed as they have a sixth sense, that of when I'm about to take their photo. But maybe he was just humouring me. 

I had my hair cut in the morning and stopped off at Waitrose on my way home, then it was me and the cats, with me trying to make progress with our latest literature class book, Time Shelter by the Bulgarian author Georgi  Gospodinov, which won the International Booker Prize in 2023. I'm not sure I'm bright enough to understand it properly.
