D-Day 80

I watched the morning BBC coverage from Normandy and later the French broadcaster’s international commemoration. Both were extremely moving. I hope that the younger generations will continue to remember when all the D-Day heroes are no longer here. We also spent time in the garden today, weeding , mowing and taming some of the vigorous spring growth.
