Health and well being

My main student is on holiday this week, so this morning I was kind of spare and just floating where anyone needed me. 

I asked my boss though if I could take the double peddle bike out with one of my students. He can't peddle but he loves to be outside and he had a great time. And when we got back , two other students wanted to have a go too. One of my students loves Christmas songs and carols so we had a great time singing away. We did get a few funny looks though.  Christmas in June. So I had a hour and a half biking on this as well as 12 miles on my own bike. We are going to make this a regular at work so I'm very happy about that. 

I haven't sat down today or had lunch. I'm trying to get last bits and bobs together for our holiday.  Not long now.
