A little bit of magic ….

…… dawn at the river early this morning. The eastern sky turned on an ever changing display of blues and reds and oranges as I walked. One benefit of early walks during winter is the chance to enjoy beautiful dawn skies. A busy day. I walked along the road to friend Dawn’s villa in Springlands LifeStyle Village mid morning. Birthday girl, Marilyn picked us up and we drove to the cafe at Mitre 10. There we joined up with other friends to celebrate Marilyn’s 73rd birthday. Dawn was in the spotlight as well because she turns 87 on Saturday. We had a hilarious time with anecdotes about the past. Friends are so special. This afternoon friend Lynette and I gave gardening a miss as the day was cold with clouds and no sunshine.
