A Gorgeous Day

Finally! Clear blue skies, sunny, breezy. Everyone is emerging from their homes!

I mostly worked on my class today - it starts on the 24th. A bit of grocery shopping, a long walk, and am now luxuriating in the sun in my courtyard which is still beautiful at 5:45 pm. I’ve got some chicken marinating and will light the grill soon.

Thanks so much for all of your kind words and thoughts about my torn muscle. A proverbial pain in the butt, as it were :-)

I saw this lovely Mountain Laurel - Kalmia latifolia on my walk this morning. I don’t see a lot of these here for some reason. I’ll need to research!
