Summertime

Typical English summer weather today…some sunshine, copious heavy showers and a healthy breeze - my garden has been getting battered. It must be summer though as the first bloom has opened on the clematis!

A day of bits and bobs and I’ve been out to see Mum tonight with one of my sisters…she was looking well and much more herself. I didn’t cure the ant problem yesterday and realising this before I went to bed I taped up the gap between the frame and window. Not so many seen today but I did find a hole in the tape which was quickly sealed up…they’re definitely on the wane!
