A Summer Scene

Somewhat restricted in movement today.  I came back from badminton last night with a sharp pain in my right ankle.  I don't remember doing anything to cause the problem, but it certainly stopped me moving freely and it also kept me awake for most of the night.  I decided to get up before 4 am and take some painkillers and ice the area.

It's definitely achilles tendonitis and despite my efforts it stopped me from a planned walk today.  I made an effort to drive out, but stayed by the car and sent the drone out to capture a summer scene as this is the theme of this week's wide Wednesday challenge.
