Fake

FK left early for a trip to RAF Marham with cadets for the day. MrK had emptied the tub while we were away so I cleaned and refilled it before heading off to counselling. There were a lot of snotty and angry sobs but luckily she had replenished the tissues. I learnt so much of my life and persona, knowing boundaries and using my voice, had been affected at such an early age, and that became a repetitive pattern through the years. It felt a safe place to let it all out there.
I washed my red and blotchy face in cold water wirh little effect, before Jo H arrived to take me out for lunch to the Bakehouse. We had a lovely catch up before moving over to Greenbrook nursery to give her some inspiration from their displays for her new-build garden.
I slept for two hours back home with the sun through the patio windows.
Picked up FK who wanted to shower back at home, before ferrying back to Cadets. MrK was starving so we stopped off at the Harvester so he could have a rack of ribs. I stuck with a salad bowl.  We saw Ash and Ellie en familie. They both work at the ground in commercial and ticketing. He was bemoaning the lack of staff with the busy T20 time fast approaching, so I offered mine and FK's services for Sunday.
The blip is of the artificial flowers in the pub.
