Stroud in Bloom

Flowers line the top of the low wall at the end of Stroud high street. I think the Britain in Bloom judges must be coming soon. 

I went on a course today, about working with a trauma-informed approach. My colleague S took me there, and we both found it useful..Came back, still finding it hard to walk with my back in pain. Sat down for a while to rest, then went out to the hairdresser's. Managed to walk there and back! Not easy, and it was raining too. 

Cooked some supper (chicken, pasta and green pesto) then cleared a couple more shelves in the bathroom. I'm.on a mission to clear a drawer or a shelf every day. By this time I was exhausted. I've retired to watch TV lying down. I'd hoped to get a walk in the cemetery but it's just too wet. Walking to town will have to do.
