Tiger, Tiger

I spotted this hoverfly during my walk at Virginia Water. The distinct markings of this variation of insect give it its name; tiger hoverfly. It is also quite small so provides my entry for the Tiny Tuesday challenge.

The extra is of the cascade, which is somewhat different from my visit last month when it was in full spate with much less vegetation!
