Down is Up

I originally took a dozen images of this downy feather caught on a low twig of a tree.  It was really blowing around but remained firmly anchored in place.  My intention was to combine them all in a single composite image that would reflect the dancing movement.

However, in one of the captures, I liked the way the wind had lifted and separated the downy elements, so I concentrated my processing solely on that one.

It most likely originated from a wood pigeon.
