Sun fly

A short walk early this morning, a quick trip to get some garden twine and then a day spent cleaning the greenhouse, potting on plants and doing other jobs in the garden. 
Took this shot on my local walk this morning - after a bit of googling, I think it's a sun fly, but very happy to be corrected of course.
