An honest smile.

Finding out that my cousins have gone beyond the law eases my anxiety.
I didn’t sleep well at all partly because I was in conversation with a wise friend who now lives mainly in Mexico.
A wonderful 2 hour walk with Lorraine, her husband and Logan in our most beautiful countryside lifted my spirits. Auntie rang from the fort where she hadn’t been aware that her children had changed the locks on every door in the house!!
A pleasant if brief chat as cousin H was still present there.
After a warm drink, shower and brush up we all attended a church service led by The Reverend Paul Thomas Bishop of Oswestry.
One of the most memorable services I have ever attended.
A very pleasant after service gathering and plenty of Christian chatter.
On return to Amadeus I prepared for a bike ride to the coast and back, gorgeous weather and the lure of freshly baked donuts made my ride all the more enjoyable.
A quick swim in the pool to ease my back and ribs proved useful.
I dropped off a rather large load of laundry into the safe hands of Lorraine before retiring to Amadeus.
