Searching for smiles on Instow beach

I think I have been coping quite well with the abuse that I’ve been experiencing from my cousins. This morning I decided that it was time for me to start taking a little control of the situation. After an early breakfast and a lone walk around the surrounding countryside I received a message from Lorraine that her ducklings had picked up a bug and so new plans were made for me to collect Logan.
A few phone calls made to confirm that the situation needed to be resolved asap for aunties sake as much as anyone else’s.
As I have been made homeless by my cousins without any reason or warning whatsoever they have given me no choice but to inform the police and involve solicitors to ensure that auntie and I are not being treated like rag dolls anymore.
A dear friend kindly edited my letter to my cousins explaining how that if a face to face meeting with a moderator was not forthcoming then a costly solicitor would have to be involved. Individual messages sent to every cousin no response received other than a V from cousin Helen. I’ve no idea what it means.
A few other tasks before collecting batch one of my laundry which Lorraine had kindly Washed dry and folded for me before she too felt washed out and retired to her bed.
I popped into a Police station to confirm that I was homeless and then popped over to Instow beach to give Logan some much-needed sprint training:)
A quick check in the Bike shop to see if my bike had any pedals or mudguards fitted yet. No. Back to collect batch two of my laundry from Lorraine’s husband before collecting some cods roe from the fish and chip shop that I had ordered for Auntie several weeks ago.
A small portion of chips were enjoyed while Logan made light of a sausage:)
I popped in to see a good friend and as she was on the phone I made us both a warm drink.
A frantic call from Lorraine to help her set up her static bike resulted in a lengthy but rewarding bike session for Lorraine and for me to get to know S Lorraine’s husband a little more.
Back to Amadeus for some much needed nourishment, eggs, mushrooms and noodles with a slice of seeded sourdough.
Extra, Julie in her Riley.9
