A-rithist

Back to Parkrun today  - and what a lovely morning it was for it.  Over 100 people took part today, including a fair number of visitors to this Parkrun. I was pleased that there were other park walkers.  I headed over to the Red Deer Cafe at the Golf Club afterwards and enjoyed a chat and coffee outside with views of Craigower and Ben Vrackie. 

It was hot this afternoon and I've divided my time between a little gardening, sitting outside reading and retreating insider when it gets too hot.
