Looking Out To Sea.

The sculpture in the thumbnail is by our friend, Alan Herriot, shows a distressed mother and her son looking out to sea for the safe return of her husband’s fishing boat.

In front of sculpture is Sonia and I also looking out to sea. Although a bright sunny day the mist over the Firth of Forth never really cleared away.

Sonia’s father was also a sea Captain.

The composition is the work of Patricia Coelho, my better half.
It is hard to believe that this year we will celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary.

I actually took several photographs of the harbour in Pittenweem, St Monans and Cellardyke. However the tide was well out and just on the turn.

Harbours with no water in them do not really ‘float my boat’.
